We use a system called ClassCharts to record and track achievement and behaviour, and inform you of rewards throughout their time at school.

Positive behaviour – either in the classroom or at break, lunch or around the school in general – is recognised and rewarded by staff, with ClassChart points being awarded to individual students.

Negative behaviour is recorded in exactly the same way, with negative ClassChart points being awarded to anyone whose behaviour has fallen below expected standards.

ClassChart point totals are accessible by all staff and can be used to inform discussions with parents/carers. Patterns of behaviour can be tracked easily, with consistently poor behaviour being managed, and consistently good behaviour rewarded.

A parental account is created for each student when they join STFS and parents/carers should monitor it regularly. 

Parents and carers can access their child's account online or by downloading the app - please follow the instructions below.

Create a New Account

App
1. Download the ClassCharts Parent app.

          

2. Select 'Sign Up' from the main page and fill in the form provided.
3. Enter your Parent Access Code that we have sent via email. (Please note: Your Access Code is not the same as your password. The access code is only needed for the initial sign up.)
4. Click the 'Sign Up' button.
5. Confirm your child's date of birth when prompted. Click on the 'Date of Birth' field and use the date picker to enter the correct date.
6. A confirmation message will appear, indicating that the sign up process is complete. Verify your email address to continue.

Online
1. Click here to go to the ClassCharts login page.
2. Select the 'Parent' tab enter your email address and select 'I don't have an account yet'.
3. Enter the Parent Access Code that we have sent via email, your name and choose your password. (Please note: Your Access Code is not the same as your password. The access code is only needed for the initial sign up.)

Add A Child To An Existing Account

1. Login to your ClassCharts app.
2. Click on the orange Pupil icon in the bottom right hand corner of the app and select 'Add Pupil'.
3. Enter your Parent Access Code that we have sent via email. (Please note: Your Access Code is not the same as your password. The access code is only needed for the initial sign up.)
4. Enter your child’s date of birth when prompted.
5. A confirmation message will appear and the child will be added to the pupil icon popup.

Online
1. Click here to go to the ClassCharts login page and log in to your account.
2. Click on the 'Add Pupil' button in the left hand side navigation menu.
3. Enter the Parent Access Code that we have sent via email. (Please note: Your Access Code is not the same as your password. The access code is only needed for the initial sign up.)
4. Enter your child’s date of birth when prompted.
5. A confirmation message will appear and your child will be added to the left hand side navigation
menu.

You will have been provided with an access code when your child started at STFS but please contact office@sirthomasfremantle.org if you require another one, or need assistance creating or accessing your account.
