At STFS we use ParentPay - a convenient way to pay for trips, events and much more. This is also the platform you will use to load dinner money onto your child’s account to access our cashless catering system.
We will provide you with a secure online account, activated using a unique username and password. (You will be able to change these details to something more memorable once you have activated your account.) If you have more than one child at our school, or children at another ParentPay school, you can create one single account login for all your children regardless of which school they attend.
How to add a child to an existing account or merge two accounts together
Making a payment is straightforward and ParentPay holds a payment history for you to view at a later date. Once you’ve activated your account you can make online payments straight away.
Students will have their fingerprints loaded on to our cashless catering system which links to ParentPay and enables them to purchase food in the canteen.
All parents and carers are sent account activation details when their child starts at STFS but if you missed the email and would like to use your account, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and ask for it to be resent.
Once you have activated your account, please set your alerts to notify you when the account is running low on funds, so your child always has enough money for lunch.

ParentPay will also allow you to add funds to your account which can be allocated to an item at a later date. This feature is particularly useful when budgeting for trips.
